So I was able to combine my coupons with the sale to get 3 Nicole OPI nail polishes for a little over $3 with tax ($24 value)!! See picture below. They are currently on sale buy 2 get 1 free. I used the FREE Seventeen Magazine Coupon, and a $5 off $10 Ulta coupon found in the InStyle Magazine!

Better yet go to Ulta and sign up for the FREE 3 Month Subscription, and they will give you a magazine with $5 off $10 coupon inside right there on the spot! Just be sure to cancel your subscription when the 3 months are up! Otherwise you can purchase them at most Pharmacies or book stores or Target/Walmart etc. for $4.99, but thats not worth it, unless of course you are buying other things like at Rite Aid for instance and use a $5 off $25 Coupon which would make the magazine FREE.
