I tried to get a list of official participating stores, but the two customer service representatives that I spoke with said they did not yet have an official list, and they thought any store where P&G Products are sold would be acceptable. HOWEVER, last year CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart & Target were NOT participating, and to be on the safe side again, I would recommend not purchasing from them.

Send: Name, address, zip code and phone number, along with the one CRT  with your $25 in P&G purchases circled, dated between 9/28/11 through 10/31/11 and postmarked no later than 11/7/11.

Publix 9/28-10/31

Hi, what does original receipt from Publix mean?

Cherry September 23, 2011 at 12:12 pm

Just in case you have the list of stores participating, is it ok if you post it? I love baking for my family and friends so I’m planning to get one of this. Thank you so much!

yesica September 23, 2011 at 12:25 pm

looking forward to this! i hope you post a deal to go along with this offer.

One Frugal Chick September 23, 2011 at 12:32 pm

Cherry…yes I will post the list of stores as soon as it is available. As I said in the post, the customer service reps, do not currently have a list yet :)

One Frugal Chick September 23, 2011 at 12:34 pm

Kathy….that form is for Publix shoppers only. If you have a Publix grocery store near you and shop there for the $25 worth of P&G products, then you can print that form and mail it it with your receipt that you get at checkout with your items listed on it. Otherwise, as I state earlier in the post, you DO NOT NEED a form if shopping elsewhere. Hope that clears things up for you :)

I have a picture of this p&g breast cancer promo if you want It

christina September 26, 2011 at 6:13 pm

I got my military p&g insert and it had the info in there. The commissary dates are 10/6/11 to 10/19/11. (I used my receipt from the px last year so I’m not sure if this is valid there also. Last year it just said military on it. ) I’m going to make a trip there tomo and see if they already have the display set up.

Can you post a list or item with coupon match ups?

One Frugal Chick September 28, 2011 at 10:49 am

I called again yesterday and they do not have an “official list” which is really bothering me!! So I posted it on Slickdeals and I’m hoping other shoppers out there will chip in as to what stores and when they are participating http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?sduid=1228257&t=3357560

Jennifer September 28, 2011 at 11:22 am

Have any ideas on coupon match ups or good deals that go along with the products that are part of this offer?

Alexa September 28, 2011 at 12:03 pm

Hello!

Thank you so much for posting this deal! I was wondering where you got the Publix rebate form from?

One Frugal Chick September 28, 2011 at 5:03 pm

Betty-
a google search

Elizabeth Anne September 28, 2011 at 10:56 pm

Does it count with online purchases?

Christina Valencia September 28, 2011 at 11:17 pm

I saw the ad for Cooking Up Early Detection in my local grocery store ad booklet and Googled the subject. It’s Town and Country Market. May not be helpful to many since it’s a very small chain. It says offer ends October 18, 2011 and the Sale Dates on the whole Town and Country Market ad is September 28-October 18, 2011.

I’m really excited to try this out! I’m a sucker for Breast Cancer items, I have pen’s, notebooks, ect. even a scrub top =) I always get compliments at work.

I did read on another site that the total $25 has to be before taxes and COUPONS. I’ve been reading that many are using coupons to get the cost down so I just wanted to throw that in there. I don’t know for a fact, just read it. =)

One Frugal Chick September 29, 2011 at 8:51 am

no it is not after coupons

Jenne September 29, 2011 at 10:28 am

Hi! Just so I’m 100% clear, the $25 is before you apply coupons, correct? So I can buy $25 worth of products, and then apply the coupons getting it down to like $20 or whatever….

Also, anyone heard of stores in the midwest? Chicago to be specific!

shauna September 29, 2011 at 11:46 am

Thank u for this posting I have participated for the last 2 years n this year I am having a hell of a time finding a participating store so I’m bookmarking ur site so as soon as u find a list please post for us thanks oh so much

Shanna September 29, 2011 at 2:48 pm

You say the commissary is participating? Does that mean I have to buy $25 worth of p&g products within those given dates? Thanks.

Dana September 30, 2011 at 4:46 pm

OFC – I just called today and Albertson’s is one of the participating stores. According to the Customer Service on the phone, Albertson’s will print out a form after your transaction.

colleen October 2, 2011 at 10:04 pm

Just did this today. Market Basket in New England is participating. You can pick up a rebate form at customer service.

Thank you for posting this!

mary walker October 3, 2011 at 4:22 pm

Went to publix today and they still dont have the forms or know anything about it. :(

One Frugal Chick October 3, 2011 at 4:24 pm

have you called the # in the post?

One Frugal Chick October 3, 2011 at 4:24 pm

Also I have a link to the form in the post Mary

Scrapbook Queen October 3, 2011 at 5:59 pm

Does anyone know which stores in Ohio are participating?

Ericka October 4, 2011 at 12:30 pm

Called my local store, Harris Teeter in Asheville NC, they had no idea about the promo.
Called the number listed in the original post, the lady in Cust. Service could have been nicer, but she said that the store doesn’t really have to know about it since I can print the form offline.
Complete it, attach receipt, mail and wait.

Hope that helps!

Christina October 4, 2011 at 3:35 pm

For anyone who lives in Michigan, Country Market is a store that is participating

Tiffany October 4, 2011 at 5:02 pm

There is a store here in Vegas called Smart and Final. They had an ad in the paper about this. It says in the ad that the offer form will print on register receipt.

PreciousMoon October 5, 2011 at 10:14 pm

LA’s Smart & Final weekly ad indicates they are participating.

PreciousMoon October 6, 2011 at 3:18 am

The LA Smart & Final weekly ad specifies the purchase dates to be 10/5/11-10/18/11, and a form is supposed to print at checkout. However, I did not get a form printed with the receipt though my P&G total was close to $30 (and I agree with you, all deals like this count the price before coupons – whatever the itemized pricing shows on the receipt is what counts, not the net total). The manager and cashier were nice but didn’t know what to do about the fact that I didn’t get anything printed with the receipt – however, the manager knew about the deal and had the info packet from corporate. He gave me his whole packet, which included a mail-in form (specific for Smart & Final) and a list of products/skus. I matched up all my products to the skus just in case, and discovered that it did not list the specific Pringle items I purchased, but I think that is an error on their part. I think any and all P&G items qualify, so I think the fact that my Pringles were not included on the qualifying items list is just an error on S&F’s part.
So, I’m just sending my info in with the form and receipt and expecting the goodies. Form says expect 14-16 weeks for delivery.

shauna October 6, 2011 at 11:40 am

They have a list if u call the customer service number here r some I got giant eagle, shop rite, bag n save r doing it hyvee Walmart Kmart target CVS Walgreens r not participating

Maggie October 6, 2011 at 4:56 pm

I just did this deal at Publix. With coupons I paid $14.37 (including tax)! Can’t wait to get the cooking set in the mail!

Natalie October 7, 2011 at 5:53 pm

I just called customer service tonight and was told that they can’t give a list. I named off a few (Giant Eagle, Meijer, Kroger, KMart, Rite Aid) and was told that NONE of them are on the list. Bummer, I don’t think we have the smaller grocery stores in northern Ohio.

Cherie . October 9, 2011 at 3:55 pm

Last 2 years Shopko also did this promotion. Does anyone know if they are this year!

Kristina October 14, 2011 at 9:24 am

In Indiana Marsh supermarkets are participating.

Stephanie j October 19, 2011 at 12:12 am

I live in Utah where we have Shopko Stores. Last year I was able to get the P&G Cookware set. Once again I found the poster in Shopko but was not able to get a rebate form. Calling tomorrow to see if I can send for it without Official form, Thanks
