I clicked on the link and it was for printing it, not mailing the coupon. I can’t print from work

Does anyone know what I need to do… Both my home computer and my new laptop stopped printing coupons from coupons.com… everything is working right, my printer is ready to go, I installed the coupon printer and when I select my coupons and hit print it looks like it is printing but I get nothing then the screen pops up for me to enter my email address to get signed up for savings emailed to me which I am also already signed up for.
its not for mailing its for printing.
down in the bottom right hand corner VERY small there is the word “HELP” click on that and then you put your name and address in and they mail you the coupon. I wasn’t able to print the coupon like it said but I was able to have it mailed to me.
yes Kim you followed the directions like I stated in the post
