Frugal Fun Ideas: DIY Modern bowl out of Perler beads!

by One Frugal Chick on 01/23/2012

1. Lubricate an oven-safe bowl with regular cooking oil, you can use the towel to smear the oil around the bowl – The oil makes the beads release the bowl immediately when it is finished

2. Spread beads around in the bowl, make sure there are not any large gaps in between the beads

3. The oven should be at 200 degrees. When you have distributed the beads, put the bowl into the oven. KEEP AN EYE AT ALL TIMES, it goes quite quickly. When melted, remove from oven and allow to cool.

4. When the beads are cool, remove from the bowl. Use soap and water to clean any excess oil
