If you have not yet received your $20 refund, and instead received the MORE magazine by mistake, call 1-800-258-3350 and tell them you were supposed to get a $20 rebate instead of the magazine. I just called and it went very smoothly. She said I should get my check in 7 to 10 business days

Hmmmmmmmm, but what if I got More magazine and am unsure through what source. I’m pretty sure I did a rewards mags deal. Can they differentiate?

I ordered after I saw a posting you did in December and got a Shape magazine instead even though I requested the check. Will this number work for that too? I was kinda bummed.
Jennifer, I think the number is the same because when you call they ask which magazine you are referring to.
I just received the magazine, called and advised as u said- they are sending the check. Also- there is a $1 loreal any product coupon ( for cvs) exp 5/1- dont missed that!

That was super easy! Probably took all of 30 seconds to get them to send a rebate check out. I usually hate calling customer service, especially for something like this, but this was totally worth it!
So i decided to get something using my $25/$50 dermstore coupon code. I read the terms of the magazines, and seeing that I get 2 magazines (Better Homes and Gardens for 2 years and 1 year of More magazine), I got excited. But I already have the Better homes and gardens magazine and dont mind skipping out on it for 2 extra years.
So if I cancel it (or maybe even the More magazine), would I get a refund? I’ve seen many people online complain how they never got a refund at all and Im a little skeptical.
Also, are you saying to tell the magazine company that I get a $20 rebate instead from them?

Hi Huma,
I don’t know which people you are referring to about not getting the refund, but everyone who called subco got a refund very easily: http://onefrugalchick.com/2012/03/19/20-more-magazine-rebate-from-dermstore-deal/ and everyone I know personally who did the last deal, all got their checks too, so I know the refund won’t be a problem.
When your order arrives inside will be an invoice. Mail that along with the rebate form to subco. Then in 4 to 6 weeks if you see that a magazine has arrived at your home instead of a check, then call subco and request the refund over the phone and your check will arrive in 5 to 7 days.
