The $3.50 off $10 coupon i got in the mail this week said it excludes $5 for $10 easter basker offer so you can’t use this coupon
Devin- the coupon linked above doesn’t list that if you read the fine print. It may be a different coupon code.
I was just at ulta and the $3.50 off of 10 mailer states that it can’t be used with this offer however the online printable doesn’t state that. I just tried taking advantage of their 40% off of Revlon and use my manufacturer coupons for another $3 off but apparently now If they scan the $3.50 off of 10 Q an try to than scan the manufacturer coupons it voids the $3.50 at least that what I was told. I think you may have to spend 10 after manufacturer coupons to apply their coupon now
