Completely off topic, but I need some help. I bought the Kitcheaid mixer you posted about back in March (I think it was March) from Amazon. The artisan stand mixer for 199.99 with the 30.00 rebate. I’m filling out my rebate form and it’s asking for the store, city, and state it was purchased from. Do I put my city and state or something from Amazon? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
