The machine printed me the $5 off any revlon face cosmetics purchase AND $2 off any Revlon Beauty Tool. The ECB of $4 on $10 Revlon covers both cosmetics and beauty tools so this can be really good! Too bad I don’t have any manufacture coupons to stack but it’s still a great deal, especially because the lip butters on sale for $6 are awesome.
