Apparently, you’re supposed to call and cancel your subscription. Dermstore does not tell you this. They just tell you to fill out the rebate form and send it in. You’re supposed to fill out the rebate form and also call the clearing house and cancel the subscription so that you receive the rebate instead of the magazine subscription.

I also had to call to cancel since it had been 8 weeks and I had not received my refund. They claimed that they have no record of recieving a refund request.
