I have had horrible luck with totsy. My first order I ordered 4 things. They sent me only 1 of the things that ordered and then 3 wrong items. I called them and they apologized giving me a $10 credit and partial refund. I ordered again, using my credit and they managed to screw up my second order too. I am so done with Totsy!
