Is anyone else getting a ton of errors with the website? It keeps loading as blank every time I try to add something to the cart or open a new item…

the site has been running slow all day, just keep trying, eventually the errors stop and you can get through

I have one thing added to the cart but that’s as far as it will let me go, once I enter the code it goes to a blank screen and will not let me finish the order. Gunna try tomorrow.

Messages about site being down and will be back in time usually means codes will stop working when site is back up
I emailed the customer service and let them know the products that I wanted to buy and that I wanted to use that code- their customer service emailed back and assured me that the coupon code would be active through next Monday and that hopefully the site would be up soon. If you do know the products you want to purchase, you can email that and they can process the order through phone/email (at least that’s what I was told).
Did anyone received the message cancelling all orders?
Yes my order was cancelled kinda knew it was to good to be true since iv never ordered anything from here. I order a pair of booties for babies and they told me it was cancelled now explanation or anything.

I got my orders cancelled. I used the two separate codes however this is what they sent me …..

Got the same email today. Pretty bummed, cause I used separate codes in separate transactions. While I appreciate freebies, it stinks when a company realizes too late that they shouldn’t have worded a promotion the way they did and cancel orders. Live and learn.

@ julie, the promotion was ended early, but for those who placed orders (1 per household) they were sent out
I spoke with someone in customer service today. According to her, the promotion was for ONE code, so either best_dressed or sharing_is_caring. I had two orders, using both of these codes. The email that I got stated they would honor ONE order per household. So, if you did not get an email stating that your order shipped, I would call them (877 255 0474) and ask them to put an order in for you. Hopefully what you ordered is still in stock. Good luck!
