After having a child and trying to shed the pounds afterward, I have finally started eating better, taking my health more seriously. Being a single parent makes things trickier to have time for oneself. As a parent, it is difficult enough to make time for yourself, as all of your energies are focused on your little one. You wouldn’t change it for the world, but it is important to keep my health at a top priority. Chocolate is one of my ‘addictions’ and this sounds magnificent! ; )
