What I Got: Another Coldwater Creek freebie + $10 off coupon!

by One Frugal Chick on 08/31/2012

So I keep on rolling these $10 off Coupon codes and combining them with the free shipping promo codes to get more freebies. Every order I get from Coldwater Creek keeps coming with a $10 off coupon :) My latest freebie was the Heart sock horse that was marked from $24.99 to ONLY $9.99, so FREE with my $10 coupon code. To get free shipping I just keep signing up different email addresses for their email list and they send you the FREE Shipping code. I know my picture isn’t the best quality so here is what it looks like on their website, SUPER CUTE!

So now I am using my latest $10 off coupon code to buy 2 sets of the Snowy Wine Bottle Covers. They were $14.95 each, and are now $8.95 + 40% off making them $4.99 each. So I can get 2 for FREE with the $10 off coupon code & the Free shipping promo code.

I’ve been getting them too. I think I’ve had seven or eight. It’s so awesome. Thank you for the lead!!!

Until a few weeks ago the free shipping could be added in addition the onsite discount ( 20% etc) . Now I have to choose free shipping or discount….boo :(

One Frugal Chick August 31, 2012 at 10:46 am

Jen, nope, not true, this weekend’s labor day sale discount is applied automatically no coupon needed

Maria August 31, 2012 at 10:47 am

Way cool… I received two scarfs but did not receive the $10 off coupon :-(

LaLoni Conover August 31, 2012 at 10:51 am

I was wondering how did you get your 10 dollar off coupon to start with

One Frugal Chick August 31, 2012 at 12:33 pm

@Laloni you just have to place an order and you will get the coupon on your invoice in the packing slip
@Maria, how long ago did you order, this has been going on the past month and a half or so, ever since they removed the $5 coupon code that you got when you signed up online. ALL orders placed this past month and currently are getting the $10 off coupon

JILL LACCONE August 31, 2012 at 1:01 pm

Whaaaat? How did you start doing this? Did you originally use a $25 off $50 or more coupon? Thats all I have!

One Frugal Chick August 31, 2012 at 1:31 pm

no I ordered a bracelet that was ONLY $0.99 Shipped from this post: http://onefrugalchick.com/2012/07/17/super-super-hot-if-you-ordered-kisslock-bracelet-from-coldwater-creek-you-should-have-a-10-gift-certificate-combine-with-free-shipping-sale-freebies/ and it came with the coupon, and since then I have been rolling them into about a freebie every week or two

One Frugal Chick August 31, 2012 at 1:35 pm

to get started just find something cheap on the site that you like and won’t cost much $ out of pocket initially

Jennifer J. August 31, 2012 at 1:37 pm

I have been doing this too :) Thanks so much!!

jen August 31, 2012 at 3:02 pm

If the free shipping is applied immediately then the site will not allow me to get the additional discount each item shows….such as as +40%off…..I miss being able to use the shipping and the additional discount

One Frugal Chick August 31, 2012 at 4:08 pm

@jen, I just placed my order this morning and it worked, have you tried it with this sale? Every sale is different, some automatically apply the discount, while others do not

Jude August 31, 2012 at 7:04 pm

Hi Natasha, I used the code wfp5914 to get free shipping! Thanks for all the great deals!

Victoria September 1, 2012 at 12:06 am

I am loving this too! If you google coldwater creek free shipping code, there is always one floating around! This was one of your bests!!!!

Ways2BWicked September 1, 2012 at 12:45 am

I’ve been getting the $10 codes too! It feels like I’m practically stealing those bargains! Thanks for the heads up, Natasha!

G September 1, 2012 at 1:44 am

I have this 25 of 50 code and a free shipping code but they would only let me use one coupon code at a time. How did you get both $10 off and free shipping at the same time?

jen September 1, 2012 at 4:39 am

I just don’t know what I am doing wrong, when I find what I like it takes the discount off but there is already a code where I would put free shipping, so the “One Offer Code per order” makes the deal less appealing :(

One Frugal Chick September 1, 2012 at 9:28 am

@ Jen you have to delete that code and put in the free shipping code, then later when it asks if you have a coupon code you enter the $10 one there

One Frugal Chick September 1, 2012 at 9:29 am

@G free shipping is entered right away at checkout, and then it will ask you later on in the checkout process do you have a coupon or gift certificate, that is when you check yes and enter your $10 code

jen September 1, 2012 at 6:29 pm

Thank you so much for the step by step instructions !! My coupons from my previous orders expired, however I took a couple of customer service surveys and have a couple of $10 discounts after all, and I got free shipping………..woo hooo ,thank you again YOU ROCK !!! :)

One Frugal Chick September 1, 2012 at 8:16 pm

so glad it worked out for you!

Brittany September 16, 2012 at 12:00 am

I have been doing this too. Untill recently i went to go purchase something and realized my $10 off had expired :( but it was fun while it lasted.lol

Heather September 21, 2012 at 6:11 pm

I have been doing this for a month and a half but my last shipment had no $10 coupon…knew it couldn’t last forever. I got so many nice things though!
