When I checked my order online it shows the charge though?

Pay close attention because even though it said $0 until the end I got charged $8 and they apparently don’t cancel orders…

I also got charged for my order. It was not until after I placed it did it show my $ 8.00 charge. Not such a hot deal for two books.

Ugh! It says $0.00 then if you check your orders it charges you for the items! I might call Visa…

my order showed $0 owed when I placed it. went to the orders page, and yup, they charged me. That’s just bad business. Good thing I will still use it!

Natasha, I did call but the number on the site seems to be out of service 888-247-9444.

I wrote an e-mail to get my order canceled but they state pretty boldly on their website “no order cancelation – all orders final” … Ah well, you win some you loose some.

I was finally able to get through on the phone (crazy wait time) and they refused to cancel my order. I have never had such rude customer service in my life. They gave me the attitude of how “stupid I was for expecting an item to be $0.05 cent”. They also asked me if I had a screen shot of that….
I will never do business with this company again and will file a complain with the better business bureau. I don’t care about the $8 bucks, but I do care about that kind of treatment

WOW Ana, whenever I call right away to cancel, they do it without any problems, especially if I explain what happened. Maybe try calling back, you may have just had a bad customer service rep.
