How are you getting the $5 off $10? The coupon says $5 off $30?

I followed them to the letter, created a new account, and it still says my total is $10… I can’t get the $5 discount to show up unless I make the total $30. Oh well, still a good deal!
Just a quick update – I added the deal three times (in 3 different scents) and it took $5 off, then another $5 off, so $20 total for the 15 items, over $111 savings! THANK YOU!!!

I purchased 5 for $5 early in the Autumn and chose the lavender scent. It is “real” vs. a fakey scent and not too overpowering. I have used the body wash on my hair as well. I usually follow up with Yes to Carrots leave in conditioner. It works great.
I followed everything exactly like shown above, and the $5 total showed up BEFORE I clicked to complete the order. After I clicked the link to complete my order, it showed the total is $10 plus tax. Oh well, still a good price…
