correct that, you must spend $30 before you get the $10 off–therefore, you must have $30 worth if items in your cart before the $10 comes off–leaving you with a $20 or above balance to pay.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, as far as customer service, in a long time. My mom and on (on seperate orders) ordered sets of sheets and boots (the Uggs). We ordered before Thanksgiving and received the sheets in perfect condidtion within a few weeks. The boots started arriving and first of all, they were not Uggs. Even though the picture on no more rack was uggs, if you looked at the fine print, they were not required to be. My mom ordered a size 7 and a size 8 and received a 6 and 9. The picture was of boots mid calf with two bottons and fur on the inside, one had 3 buttons almost to the knee with fur and the other was just above the ankle with no fur and no buttons. I ordered 4 pairs, all different colors, and received 2 pairs, both black, two different brands, two different styles, two different sizes (I ordered all size 9) and never received the last two pairs. I called and after an hour or talking I finally got them to refund my money. My mom has emailed many times and called and they are refusing to give her money back. She cannot even wear them because of the sizes. They are nothing like what she ordered. We will never order from them again. Fraudulent if you ask me.
