I just called SUBCO about my rebate. I submitted my order and sent in my rebate form on February 7th. The rep said that supplies had run out and I would not be receiving a rebate. For any of you that ordered after February 7th, have you received a rebate check or are we all out of luck?
I’m curious if anyone has received a refund. I mailed my info in promptly after receiving my order from Dermstore. Then I waited…..and waited…. Then received the Rachel Ray magazine that I filed a refund for. I emailed Subco ( it was a weekend and they were closed) and finally got a response back that I’m not in their system and I need to file again. I find it very odd that I’m ” not in their system” but they had my info to send me a magazine. Strange. Very strange.
Have you received your refund, Natasha?? I’m assuming not since I have seen a post about it.
I suggest calling them directly 1-800-258-3350, which I have always done in the past
Update: I finally did receive a rebate, for $40 instead of the $60 that I filed for. I’m happy with that since I wasn’t expecting anything.
